What is Notice Compensation?

What is Severance Pay?

  • If there is a dispute between the employee and the employer within the scope of Labor Law, there are usually solutions that will be in the employer's interest.

  • Labor Law is a branch of law that is also in the hands of the State. With this feature, it also includes mixed law features.
